The marketing team build and protect the easyJet brand, and are transforming the way easyJet attracts customers. Use of relevant, engaging content across owned and organic channels is a critical part of our marketing plan.
What you’ll be doing
The Content Strategy Executive exists to support the Content Marketing Strategy Lead to maximise easyJet’s reach and impact across owned and organic channels, with a core focus on social media
You will ensure content marketing plans are effectively documented, support the creative development for easyJet’s content franchises and provide creative consultancy and support to regional Content Marketing Specialists. By working closely with the local marketing teams you will understand commercial priorities, and translate them into impactful content
In addition to the above you will measure, optimise and report on content marketing.
What you will need to do this role
You will be an SME in social media, from planning and creation to deployment and measurement, with experience of using other owned and organic channels incl. CRM, web and app copy along with experience of shooting/creating social-first content, and copywriting
You will have an inquisitive and structured way of thinking, and an understanding of how organic social and other content marketing can drive specific KPIs
Organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to switch from planning to execution mode are a must have. Experience of working cross functionally in a matrixed business with multiple stakeholders is desirable.
