- Minimum 2 years’ experience, knowledge and understanding of Collective Bargaining Agreements required.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in accounting, payroll or a similar role.
- Experience with information system integration, project management, and internal controls.
- General knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs).
- General knowledge of standard operating procedures of 121and 117 regulations.
- General knowledge of Flight Operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other data related software is preferred.
- Previous experience in the aviation industry is preferred.
- Experience with Dayforce or similar human capital management & Payroll software is a plus.
- Payroll administration experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of AIMS or any other integrated Airline Information System is preferred.

- Exceptional communication skills (e.g. verbal, written, and listening), with the ability to communicate complex processes to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects while performing day to day responsibilities
- Ability to prioritize and cope with shifting demands Detail orientated individual that consistently provides accurate and quality results.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and diplomacy
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize, be proactive and work in a high-stress environment.
- Sets high personal standards of performance. Self-starter with the ability to work with stringent deadlines.
Salary Range: $51,500 - $69,000
Financial offer within the stated range will be based on multiple factors to include but not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset.
