What you’ll need to do the role
This role requires relevant College or University degree, along with a minimum of two years' experience in rostering and pairing optimisation. You'll need excellent Excel skills and experience working with large, complex datasets. Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial, as is a desire to positively challenge for better roster solutions. You should possess analytical experience, including the ability to understand details, extract data, and use it to improve product. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with stakeholder management experience, are necessary. You must be able to translate technical data into simple language for various audiences. Knowledge of EASA FTL, Fatigue Risk Management, or other national crew compliance regulations is advantageous. If you have experience in these areas, we’d love to hear from you.

Location & Hours of Work
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend three days per week in the office.
