Honeywells test andmeasurement sensor solutions help customers worldwide in research anddevelopment, design, quality testing, manufacturing, and system monitoring inmany different industries, challenging applications, and ruggedenvironments.  They are used in countlessapplications from the NASA Perseverance Rover on Mars to Navy Ships and oilrigs.
Serve as the primarycustomer contact for your assigned portfolio of accounts and ensure allcustomer needs and expectations are met. You will respond to inbound customercalls and email regarding order inquiry as to ship dates, problems, orderchanges, repairs and RMAs. You will assist other customer service associateswith administrative duties. You will communicate with other departments such asTechnical Support, Logistics, Manufacturing, Regional Sales Managers, ProductManagers, etc., to resolve customer issues. You will support ordering processingincluding order entry, expediting orders, change orders, returns, monitoringorder status and resolving discrepancies. Help Honeywell be the customers topchoice by delivering excellent customer care. Build up your business acumenwhile learning to address customer needs. Be part of the team that is solvingcomplex problems for the customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Processing
  • Customer Invoicing
  • Coordinating activities with Manufacturing on Repairs & RMAs
  • Processing Returns
  • Prepare Forecast Reports
  • Administrative Support





YOU MUST HAVE
  • High School Diploma, or equivalent. Some experience in the field.
