Tasks
Lufthansa Technik is currently seeking a highly capable candidate for the position of Customer Service Officer
- General tasks related to aircraft Arrival, Departure and Maintenance Check Flights, Arrangements with Airport / Ground Handlings Agents
- Arrangement of accommodation and transportation includ-ing car park, for local mobile / communications / IT, for Flight catering
- Constantly supporting in customer care – handling of customer issues and requests on daily basis including personal issues of the Customer (e.g. health care, out of hours queries)
- Preparation of welcoming and farewell packages
- Full support on Visa issues
- Searching for potential companies to cooperate with, and negotiate frame contracts
- Coordination of Customer Care Activities on-site like conferences, workshops, Senior Management Meetings, etc.
- Fulfillment of reporting needs around a projects
- Internal management of customer feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in relevant area (e.g. tourism and hospitality)
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar position and knowledge of the positions specific field of expertise
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Very good PC skills of Microsoft Office applications
- Customer orientated
- Strong organizational skills and ability to deal with a high level of complexity
