Job Description:

STS Technical Services is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service Call Center. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for Harley-Davidson customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care. You will interact with internal stakeholders and collaborate with various departments to address both routine and complex issues. Your ability to balance technical expertise with customer satisfaction will play a key role in maintaining loyalty to the Harley-Davidson brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to facilitate issue resolution.
  • Use various systems and resources to provide accurate information.
  • Collaborate across departments to resolve routine and complex customer concerns.
  • Make independent decisions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive, professional demeanor in all interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong technical knowledge of Harley-Davidson products and services.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM with flexible shifts.
  • Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
  • Customer service experience is essential.
