Job Description SummaryTo provide a differentiated customer service experience to our worldwide customers who send their parts to GE for repair and scrap replacement services.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Engage with assigned customers on all matters pertaining to the fulfilment of their PO requirements,
  • Ensure customer contract pricings are loaded timely and accurately in ERP system and to report any issues immediately.
  • Provide timely and accurate quotation and diligently follow-up with timely customers’ approval,
  • Administer scrapped parts downgrade and issue NSMR and purchase parts for scrap replacement where required.
  • Set up new customers’ accounts.
  • Proactive follow-up with Shop teams and/or Customer Program Managers and/or Sales Directors for prompt issue resolutions and/or communications
  • Respond to customers’ queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Undertake further tasks not involved in this Job Description that the immediate leader/manager assigns verbally or in writing.
  • Execute duties with EHS mindset and utmost integrity.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma with 2 years of working experience.
  • Relevant experience in customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Competent with Microsoft applications
  • Ability to manage self and tasks in proactive manner, excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Attention to detail, possess a calm and analytical approach to problem solving.
