PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics & Development Consultant for a 12-month, full-time contract with a major player in the aerospace industry. Based in Windsor Locks, CT, this is your chance to apply cutting-edge data practices to drive smarter supply chain operations. If you’re a Tableau or Alteryx pro with a passion for automation and optimization, we want you on this mission.
Your Role: From Raw Data to Real Impact
In this role, you’ll design and deploy digital tools that reduce manual effort and maximize decision-making accuracy across the supply chain. You’ll be joining large datasets, building powerful dashboards, troubleshooting complex reporting issues, and shaping how business intelligence is delivered in a high-performance environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build and maintain automated digital tools to streamline reporting and analytics
Join and manage large, complex data sets from multiple sources and levels of granularity
Design custom data extracts and conduct detailed data validation and testing
Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Alteryx
Publish new reports and enhance existing visualizations for usability and performance
Troubleshoot data/report failures and resolve inconsistencies swiftly
Standardize data and ensure quality across all reporting outputs
Support business analysts with training, documentation, and knowledge sharing
Deliver ad hoc reporting to meet real-time business needs
Required Qualifications
Strong Tableau and/or Alteryx programming and development experience
Proven SQL Server and relational database skills
Experience with back-end SAP/ERP data management
Bachelors degree preferred (experience considered in lieu of degree)
Must be sharp, self-starting, and able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, break/fix environment
Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM ET (Eastern Time Zone availability required)
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of data automation and standardization techniques
Experience delivering analytics solutions in a high-demand, backlog-driven team
Comfort navigating large enterprise systems and collaborating across functions

Pay Details: $59.15 per hour
