Job Description:
STS Aviation Services is hiring a Data Entry Clerk to join our Base Maintenance Planning Team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of Customer Task Card data into the Customer system. Your focus will be on ensuring data accuracy and working efficiently in a dynamic environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with numbers and information. Key Responsibilities:

Process and import prepared STS and Customer Task Card data into the customer system, ensuring timely and accurate input.
Conduct 100 audits of imported data to verify completeness and accuracy.
Support additional tasks as assigned by the Planning Manager.

Required Skills & Abilities:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Analytical mindset, comfortable with numbers, systems, and data verification.
Ability to present information clearly and engagingly.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
