Job Title: Data Entry ClerkJob Description
We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk with Workday experience to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately entering invoices received via email and mail, as well as handling and distributing incoming mail to the appropriate departments. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, efficient, and able to process invoices in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter invoice data into Workday daily.
- Review invoices for completeness and accuracy before submission.
- Scan and upload invoices received via mail and email into the system.
- Ensure timely processing of all invoices to avoid delays.
- Receive, open, and sort incoming mail.
- Distribute mail to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain an organized system for tracking and processing invoices received.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices and mail distributions.
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
Essential Skills- Proficiency in Workday or similar ERP systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Clerical skills.
- Knowledge of accounts payable.
- Experience in invoice processing.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- 1+ years of data entry experience, preferably in an accounts payable setting.

Work Environment
This is an office-based role with daily interaction with mail and digital systems. It is a part-time temporary position, requiring 25 - 30 hours per week, with flexibility on what those hours will be.

This position is based out of Miami, Florida very close to Miami International Airport
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
