Job Description:
STS Aviation Services is rapidly growing, and we are looking for experienced professionals to join our dynamic team as a Document Controller. If you are ready to play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of maintenance inputs and operations at our Manchester hangar, this is the perfect opportunity for you! This contract role offers a chance to work with one of the UK’s leading Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) providers while contributing to the success of a growing organisation. Key Responsibilities:

Perform quality checks on completed job cards within Base and Line Maintenance.
Accurately process, close, and scan job cards into STS Job Files and customer systems.
Monitor incomplete job cards for reporting and quality-check purposes.
Execute general clerical duties, including data entry and file management.
Ensure timely and efficient handling of all maintenance documentation and processes.

Skills & Experience:

Knowledge of Aircraft Base and Line Maintenance is preferred but not essential.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Calm and professional under pressure with excellent communication skills.
Able to work collaboratively to achieve team objectives.
Flexible with the ability to adapt to shift work.
