To continue our standard of excellence, Piedmont is seeking a motivated, reliable professional to join our team as a Drug and Alcohol Coordinator. The Drug and Alcohol Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the Department of Transportation (DOT) drug and alcohol testing programs per Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) guidelines. The successful candidate will have previous administrative experience in a busy office environment, have excellent communication skills, and advanced ability with Microsoft Office Suite. This position reports to the Manager, Human Resources.
Essential Duties:
Coordinate and monitor Department of Transportation drug and alcohol testing programs per FAA guidelines
Review and prepare drug and alcohol records
Assist in preparation for FAA audits
Ensure accurate database entry of all new hire employees
Ensure accuracy of drug and alcohol documentation
Job Qualifications and Competencies:
Previous administrative experience in a busy office environment
Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Ability to work independently and meeting specified deadlines
Ability to work well with all levels of management and support staff
Advanced ability with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent writing and speaking skills
Excellent attendance record

Starting Rate:
