Ryanair are currently recruiting for an ESG HR Specialist to join Europes Largest Airline Group.

This is an excellent time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests within the next 10 years.

With over 28,000 people working in Ryanair, your role will be varied, and you will work on all areas of the business including the Head Office, Flight Crew, Cabin Crew, Operations, Engineering and IT and external stakeholders to deliver key reporting metrics in line with Ryanairs CSRD requirements and EU legislation.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement reporting metrics in line with Ryanair Groups ESG and social policies.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and guidelines related
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders throughout the Ryanair group & guide them through key ESG changes.
  • Work with internal teams to identify and integrate ESG initiatives into business operations.
  • Define internal communications strategy for ESG social throughout the business
  • Ad-hoc projects
Requirements&013;

  • Strong knowledge of local and international ESG reporting regulations and guidelines.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse data and report on ESG social metrics
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing ESG social strategies that positively impact people & the business.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Interest in Human Resources and or previous HR experience highly desirable
