In this role, youll leverage your spaneting knowledge to support the CRM team in developing and delivering impactful campaigns. Youll gain hands-on experience in CRM spaneting, working closely with both the CRM and broader Marketing teams. What You’llDo:

• Engage in the entire lifecycle of CRM campaigns and automated journeys, from planning and development to delivery and measurement.

• Collaborate on briefing, coordinating, and managing assets for CRM spaneting initiatives.

• Contribute to the creation, execution, and evaluation of campaign test plans.

• Join weekly business reviews to identify opportunities for targeted campaigns that address business needs.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, suggesting optimization strategies.

• Ensure the accuracy and brand consistency of all content and campaigns through rigorous quality control.

 What You’ll Need:

• Currently enrolled in a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration co-op program.

• Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of spaneting principles

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and measure campaign performance.

• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication for effective collaboration and briefing.

• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and consistency in campaign content and execution.

• Project Management: Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Creativity: Innovative thinking to contribute to campaign development and optimization.

• Teamwork: Ability to work well within a team and across departments.
