Responsibilities:

  • Lead curriculum development, course content review, and instructional materials to meet business learning objectives.
  • Define project scope, recommend deliverables, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Serve as the lead instructor for specialized content areas, adapting curriculum and delivery methods to align with business goals.
  • Deploy and monitor development tools, identify performance issues, and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and track the effectiveness of training programs through data analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Expertise in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Proven track record in developing training programs within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • In-depth knowledge of structures, electrical, or mechanical manufacturing processes and related documentation.
    • Experience with learning management systems, e-learning platforms, and multimedia tools.
    • Experience delivering stakeholder and executive briefings.
    • Strong familiarity with quality management systems and process improvement.
    • Critical evaluation skills for analyzing data and enhancing learning outcomes.
