Job Description:

Tasks

As the Engine Production Planner, you will perform the following duties:

  • Manage internal engine production planning program
  • Calculating planned and actual hours for the event
  • Calculate and communicate estimated event costs and turnaround time
  • Responsible for event scheduling and communication to necessary groups/individuals
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, travel requirements engine events
  • Daily communication regarding status and final event schedule
  • Track Key Point Indicators
  • Keep track of and monitor cost planned vs. actual
  • Capture all necessary documentation to create final event report
  • Organize and manage multiple priorities and events simultaneously
  • Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and a functional level

 

* Perform other duties as assigned by Sr. Manager Product Support, EOC Desk

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree desirable
  • At least 1 - 2 years of experience in Aviation MRO required
  • Fluency in English language required
  • German and other language desirable
  • Knowledge in turbine engines desirable
  • Excellent knowledge in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must have a passport, or ability to obtain a passport, and a willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Shift work / overtime
  • Constant time pressure
  • High stress levels
  • Lift up to 70 lbs
  • Outdoor weather conditions
  • Noise pollution
  • Must possess permit to work in the U.S.
