Tasks
As an Expert Training Administration, you will monitor flight-related documents, airworthiness certificates, ZUP, licenses, etc.
- You support the monitoring and maintenance of flight operations and training documents
- You ensure a good and smooth flow of information to the interfaces of other areas, including across locations
- You keep an eye on our processes and naturally optimize them, if possible You create completion and training certificates, certificates and license applications
- You communicate with civil aviation authorities
- You will be in close contact with all operational areas, such as student support or the planning department
- As the job holder, you are also the point of contact for students and teaching staff

Requirements
- Ideally you have completed a commercial apprenticeship
- You have very good communication skills
- You have a high degree of initiative and independence
- You work in a structured, precise and careful manner
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
