The F135 Sustainment team has a unique opening of Program Integration Specialist role which is primarily responsible for execution of day-to-day sustainment related events and actions for the F135 program. Those responsibilities include but not limited to: Collaboration with cross functional teams on assigned tasks, provide ongoing support on logistical and financial management activities, driving sustainment integration processes from inception to closure, ownership and reporting of assigned sustainment integration tasks.

What You Will Do:

  • Ongoing collaboration with F135 Integration lead and Sustainment cross functional teams on organizational needs, such as Integrated Management meetings, Stand Ups and other critical venues of key communications.
  • Be a liaison between Sustainment Integration and Cross functional teams on the management and logistics of critical events and activities, internal and external. This includes identifying key topics, milestones, and background of upcoming internal and external events, to drive seamless execution.
  • Ongoing data analytical support of financial portfolio such as Long-Range Planning and OMM process as well as Discretionary, Overhead and Capital management reporting activities.
  • Be a focal for Sustainment Integration Processes driving improvement of existing processes and/or creation of new processes, driving continuous improvement through CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence) principles.
  • Participate in Integration reporting activities, work with cross functional teams, and ensure assigned tasks are completed in a timely fashion.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • BA/BS in a technical field, or other business-related major
  • A minimum of 5 years of business, engineering or supply chain or related field is required or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ business, engineering or supply chain or related field is required experience, with strong communication skills
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Knowledge of government contracting
  • Preferable experience coming from working in a large corporate setting.
  • Ability to communicate with cross functional teams, heightened attention to detail, and experience working in high pace environment.
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite products and business acumen desired.
  • Self-motivated and willingness to act with urgency.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
