Description:Performs and oversees a variety of facilities tasks to maintain clean and safe building/grounds. Paint & repair walls & floors, repair & seal ESD flooring, hang signs, flags, banners, curtains, & plastic, set up for events (internal & external), clean gutters, set up & tear down cubicles, seal bunkers, pressure wash, move furniture & office supplies, polish & seal concrete, paint building infrastructure as needed, perform janitorial task as needed

Basic Qualifications:
-U.S. Citizen
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Must be able to use various chemicals with use of appropriate PPE
-Basic carpentry skills
-Must be able to be on your feet at least 80 of the scheduled shift
-This job will require lifting of up to 50 pounds
-Ability to operate industrial cleaning/lifting equipment
-Must possess a valid drivers license
-Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
-Experience with polishing concrete floors
-Minimum of 3-5 years Electo Static Discharge (ESD) Floor coating experience
-Minimum of 3-5 years painting experience
Desired Skills:
Ability to work under minimum supervision
Ability to follow directions so work is done as efficiently as possible
Flexibility in work schedule to support LM Commitments (company sponsored events and production support)
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
