Job Description:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of all facilities, including preventive maintenance, repairs of technical equipment & housekeeping services.
Effectively managing the cafeteria services, catering and vending machines.
Ensure statutory & compliance of vendors contracted at the site
Space Planning and utilization to optimize the use of space and resources within the facilities.
Managing refurbishment and modification works to ensure delivery on time and quality.
Implement best practices on EHS to mitigate risks and promote a safe working environment.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facilities operations, including maintenance logs, repair history, and safety records.
Ensure the disposal of waste management as per the regulations.
Liaising with Builder / Property management on operational activities.
Prepare regular reports for department Head, highlighting key performance indicators and improvements.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s Degree Holder
8 years of work experience in Facilities Management.
