In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Director of Operations and Chief Pilot by handling day-to-day administrative duties to support our flight crew.

As a Flight Operations Training Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to optimize our crew's training experiences and improve operational efficiency by effectively using our flight management software, JetInsight. This is a unique chance to shape the future of our industry-leading private jet management and charter operation.

Key Responsibilities

Training Manual Development: Design, update, and maintain comprehensive training manuals and modules. Ensure alignment with current operational standards, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements.
Collaboration: Work closely with pilots, maintenance teams, and training providers to gather input and ensure training content is relevant, accurate, and enhances operational excellence.
Proactive Approach: Take a proactive approach to identify training needs and gaps. Continuously seek opportunities to improve training processes and materials.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with aviation regulations and standards to ensure training materials are compliant and up-to-date.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews and audits of training materials to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Previous experience in aviation operations or training, preferably in a Part 135 or Part 91 environment.
Strong understanding of aviation regulations, standards, and best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
