Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Administrator, French speaker, to join our Rewards team in the Airbus GBS in Lisbon!
Responsibilities - your mission
You will be supporting the Reward Operations department. You will be responsible to:
Extracting eligible population every month for the provider
Integrating car allowances in SAP tool
Updating internal processes
Supporting the payroll team on the car allowance topic
Writing employer certificate
Managing request of certificate
Managing the different mailbox
Integrating hired trainees in the tool (Workday and SAP) with quality approach
Managing Workday administrative request rejections
Integrating CQPM(Certificat De Qualification Paritaire De La Métallurgie) and alternating trainees
Extracting and integrating end of training periods in the tool
Integrating hirings, extensions, modifications and terminations of temporary employees
Checking and administering the interface between Workday and SAP
Extracting and processing payroll data for temporary employees
Registering temporary employee absences
Correcting anomalies in the time management tool
Sending data to all temporary employment agencies
Registration and filing of employees attendances and absences in SAP
Receive, register and filing the sickness certificate of employees
Overtime and workskedule recording
Recording of compensations and strikes for employees
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
Mandatory fluency in French
Previous experience working in Human Resources
Experience in SAP, Workday & Google Suite (preferential)
Good communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Versatility to work with different technical tools
Understanding and demonstration of ethics and data protection/compliance
Results orientated, with a logical approach to completing tasks
Demonstrate a ‘can-do’ attitude in all areas
Ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines
Critical thinking to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
French Legislation knowledge on regulation related to absences (Maternity leave, Sickness leave, Strikes, Overtime) (preferential)
Detail-oriented
Excellent interpersonal skills, be well organized and have a flexible approach
