As an HR Business Partner, You’ll play a key role in driving HR operations, improving employee relations, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. This is a great opportunity to shape our HR strategy in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Operations: Manage recruitment, onboarding, labor planning, performance appraisals, and employee evaluations.
• Employee Relations: Advise management and employees, promote a positive work environment, and drive engagement initiatives.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with German labor laws and safety regulations.
• Talent Development: Implement training programs to align employee skills with business needs.
• Performance Management: Guide professional development, conduct reviews, and resolve employee concerns.
• HR Reporting: Track HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism) and recommend improvements.
• Collaboration: Work with the General Manager and production team to align HR processes with business goals.
• Employee Records: Keep accurate employee records and safety documentation.
• Works Council: Support works council cooperation, including meetings and follow-ups.
• HR Strategy: Contribute to group-wide HR initiatives like employee engagement and leadership development.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of HR Business Partner experience, ideally in production or manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related field.
• Fluent in English, Polish, and German.
• Strong knowledge of German labor laws and HR practices.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software; data analysis experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and solution-oriented with strong decision-making abilities.
