Due to growth within Boeing Defence Australia, we are seeking 3 experienced HR Operations Coordinatorsto join our HR Operations team, based in our Brisbane office on temporary 12-month contracts.
As a HR Operations Coordinatoryou will work in partnership with the business to provide advice and front-line support, whilst working as part of a collaborative team. You will be an owner of processes and systems, as well as general HR, managing frontline queries.
This position is hybrid with much flexibility, however due to the hands-on nature of the business, such a client facing role is expected to be on site 3 days a week to build relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide frontline managers and employees with timely and accurate HR advice relating to policy and processes
- Facilitate ongoing engagement with COEs and the wider HR group
- Perform root cause and trend analysis on HR data to identify solutions for service delivery challenges
- Support a range of projects across the HR lifecycle
- Maintain data integrity in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy of employee records along with preparation of contracts and letters for managers and employees
- Liaise with Payroll to ensure data integrity and consistency between HR and Payroll systems
- Own and administer HR data and record management, ensuring adherence to processes, audits, quality standards and legal requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in HR, Business or related qualification desirable, but not essential
Experience
- 3-4 years working in a similar role, including in HR Coordinator and Advisory roles
- Possess outstanding interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- An innovative HR practitioner with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Experience in developing relationships at various levels within a business
- Able to multitask, organize, prioritize and structure tasks and information
- Willingness and ability to work in a team environment
- Strong computer skills, particularly using Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge in an HRIS particularly Aurion or Work Day
