Job Description:

Airbus Helicopters España is looking for an IM digital Specialist Integrator (IA, IoT, RPA & Skywise) to join AH IM based in Albacete, Spain.
As part of IM, you will be accountable to improve the Digitalization Roadmap and Projects. You will be in charge of the design of the Digital solutions and you will steer and support our Business for the operations of these Master Plan.

Work collaboratively to deliver the detailed, integrated and collectively agreed digital business growth plan and roadmap covering new products/services to be incubated, existing products/services to be enhanced or discontinued, partnerships to be developed or adjusted and enablers to be secured in a timely manner over a planning timeframe.

● Defines and provides Digital business requirements (elements of desirability and feasibility, business prioritization)

● Contributes to the definition and monitoring of the customer and partner capture a Digital plan

● Ensures that related Products and Services remain aligned with AH, market expectations, industry direction, standards and best practices

● In close relationship with the Cross-Function AH Portfolio Management Officer and his team:

● Ensures that the roadmap for related Products and Services meets the expected business outcomes

● Reviews and prioritizes all Digital business requests related to Products and Services, such as those for feature enhancements, ensuring that resources & Budget are spent on high-value requests.

● Represents related Products and Services in digital business strategy discussions and provides strategic and business advice to the related Products and Services team.

● In close relationship with AH Digital Leadership Team, feeds the Transformation Platform with justified business cases to support investment decision making related to its deal stream.

● Reviews risks and opportunities related to identified products and services, and aggregates/manages them into a comprehensive mapping of risks and opportunities and related mitigations for its deal stream.

● Reviews and approves communications to key external and internal stakeholders and the business.

Your profile

● Informatic Engineer or similar degree

● Min 1 year experience of managing digitisation projects

● You are service oriented, always seeking for quality and simplicity, framed by the processes and constraints. You are able to explain your decisions to the requesters on rationales.

● You have a team spirit, sharing your knowledge but able to be autonomous even in complex situations. You are open mindset, welcome feedback

● You have knowledge on the Digital Procedures

● You have troubleshooting skills allowing you to solve complex issues and provide effective solutions. Competences, Methods & Tools

● Effectively demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations or problems without guidance or supervision
