Joining a team of five, you will play a crucial role in facilitating Industrial Relations across our 8 jurisdictions and approximately 35 representative bodies. This entails identifying risks and opportunities, advising the AMB on strategy, developing mutually beneficial solutions for both our people and shareholders, ensuring timely and sustainable agreements, and contributing to the successful delivery of our People strategy.

What you’ll be doing:


As the Industrial Relations Analyst, your primary responsibility is to elevate our reporting and analytical capabilities, utilising business and industry data for informed decision-making. Focused on aligning with our business goals, competitive landscape, and social partners objectives, this role aims to enhance the quality of information for swift and informed decision-making within the IR team. Monthly reporting packs, Steer Co packs, and insightful analyses for negotiations will be part of your role. Additionally, you will provide administrative support, coordinating conferences, maintaining agreement libraries, and employing generative AI for agreement accessibility. Your role extends to producing reports, dashboards, and insights, utilising tools like Tableau and Excel, while actively participating in various projects and initiatives.

You should possess a strong set of analytical skills, capable of efficiently collecting, organising, analysing, and disseminating insights with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adeptness in effectively prioritising tasks to meet deadlines and showcase strong research abilities. Proficiency in project management is essential, along with the capacity to manage stakeholders and leverage data from diverse sources to generate informed insights.

Some desirable skills also include experience in utilising Gen AI, previous experience in relevant operational or people-oriented roles and also familiarity with working with industrial agreements is a significant asset, ensuring a nuanced understanding of the complexities involved.

Location & Hours of Work

This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend three days per week in the office. This role require travel within the easyJet network from time to time.
