Summary of Key Duties
This position provides planning/scheduling support for the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) on the F-22 Program, leading the development and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedules. This role is a Contract Planner/ Proposal Planner role on the F-22 Planning team. Duties include driving execution of the Program Planning & Integration (PP&I) business rhythm for all fundamental PP&I products to all customers, both internal and external. Tasks may include but are not limited to the monthly IMS update and calculation, generation of program critical path analysis, impacts to the Earned Value Management System, performing schedule risk assessments as required, creating formal schedule CDRL reports as required, development of proposal schedules, and maturation of forward planning efforts. This candidate will perform complex analysis and develop recommended courses of action to be delivered to internal and external customers. This candidate will provide guidance and mentoring to junior Planners to align to Industry and Lockheed Martin standard scheduling practices. The ideal candidate will drive communication and integration across a variety of program functional organizations such as Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Contracts, Business Management, Program Finance, and Program Management. This position will utilize excellent communication and customer service skills to present program analysis and lead schedule development workshops.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college

•Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS).

• Schedule Integration Experience, such as, (IMS) Integrated Master Schedule
Desired Skills:
• Experience with Company Command Media

• Open Plan, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project Experience

• Experience with Critical Path Methodology

• Knowledge of Industry Scheduling Processes (PASEG)

• Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR/IPMDAR) Knowledge

• Experience working independently across Technical Teams developing a basic level understanding of the technical product

• Proposal Experience

• Demonstrated Verbal and Written Communications

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
