Description:You will be an entry-level Intelligence Analyst Associate for our Global Security team, focusing on travel risk management and providing support to the Crisis Management team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the safety and preparedness of individuals and teams operating globally.
What You Will Be Doing
As an entry-level Intelligence Analyst Associate, you will be responsible for assessing security threats, analyzing geopolitical risks, and providing actionable intelligence to support travel risk management and crisis management initiatives. You will work closely with security teams, government agencies, and intelligence sources to ensure thorough risk analysis and crisis preparedness.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Conducting comprehensive assessments of travel risks and developing travel risk management strategies
• Monitoring global events and providing timely updates and risk mitigation strategies
• Supporting crisis management initiatives, including emergency response planning and incident reporting
• Collaborating with security teams and intelligence sources to ensure thorough risk analysis and crisis preparedness
• Providing pre-travel briefings, security recommendations, and crisis preparedness training
• Developing contingency plans for travelers in complex environments and ensuring alignment between travel risk policies and corporate security objectives
• Utilizing Microsoft Teams and other digital transformation tools to support day-to-day operations

• Familiar with or working in 24/7 Security/Emergency Operations Centers specific to international travel and expat support.
• Excellent briefing skills. Ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise manner to executive and senior level leadership.
• Acts on all customer service related calls and either resolves them personally or refers issues to Global Safety and Security.
• Knowledge of core business functions, critical interrelationships and key stake holders of programs.
• Candidate must be capable of interpreting Government policies and procedures such as the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
• Conduct in-depth assessments of international travel risks, including geopolitical, environmental, health and security threats.
• Experience working in Microsoft Office and Teams applications, as well as Tableau, Confluence and Sharepoint.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
