What are your contributions to the team?
- Provide extraordinary service to our employees who communicate with our Service Center.
- Respond to various HR questions (benefits, retirement, fringe benefits, job confirmation, etc.)
- Learn the basics of customer service
- Collaborate with managers, employees, and human resources business partners
- Participate in the continuous improvement and development of best practices in human resources management.
- Document our practices.
- Support the integration of new employees at Bombardier.
- Perform data analysis;
During your internship, you will learn:
- Applications/softwares such as SAP Success Factors, Salesforce, Microsoft Suite;
- To develop your leadership, communication, Teamwork, Problem-solving, Time management and your Critical thinking skills.;
- To participate in various special projects.
How to thrive in this role?
- You are studying for a bachelors degree in administration (preferably in human resources);
- You are a highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills (written and oral) in both official languages (French and English);
- You are a rigorous person who pays attention to detail;
- You are an organized and structured person;
- You have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
- You are creative and proactive in problem solving;
- You can uphold strict confidentiality when required;
- You worked well under pressure and in a dynamic environment;
- You have excellent Excel and computer skills;
- You have an attitude that combines autonomy and discretion;

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
