What are your contributions to the team?
- Manage events, activities, and conferences for interns during their internship
- Interact with interns through various activities to enhance the overall internship experience
- Participate in improving projects and documentation of best practices
- Analyze surveys and implement recommendations
- Participate in projects related to diversity and inclusion (D&I)
- Manage the “Women in Engineering” program in partnership with our D&I department
- Support the team with its visibility on campuses
- Interact and support managers throughout the internship program
- Collaborate with other teams on various projects
During your internship, you will learn to:
- Step outside of your comfort zone by giving public presentations
- Develop strong organizational skills and learn to think ahead
- Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Plan and organize events and expand your professional network
- Become more independent and develop your leadership skills

- Utilize various Microsoft 365 tools for communication and collaboration with colleagues

How to thrive in this role?
- You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Administration, or a related field
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools
- You are a great team player and with strong interpersonal skills
- You possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in both official languages (English and French)
- You are detail-oriented and have a strong work ethic
- You are organized and well structured
- You have a positive outlook and an approachable demeanor
- You are creative and proactive in problem solving
- You can maintain strict confidentiality when required

- Duration: 4 months
- Virtual or on site
It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
