Position Summary
Join our quotation team for a 4-month internship. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team in Basel. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales strategy development and quotation processes within the aviation industry. You will contribute to key projects aimed at enhancing our sales operations and customer offerings.
Your Role
Support the Basel Sales Strategy 2025 Roadmap:
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to achieve sales objectives.
• Assist in spanet research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Define Maintenance Flat Rates and Create Corresponding Documents:
• Participate in establishing standardized maintenance pricing structures.
• Develop comprehensive documentation outlining flat rate details for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in all maintenance-related communications.
Enhance EMEA Quotation Templates:
• Assist the EMEA Quotation Department in refining and standardizing quotation templates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all quotations.
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a university degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Power BI is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
