We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Junior Digital Content Creator to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary: The Junior Digital Content Creator will support our spaneting initiatives by producing high-quality digital content that reflects the core values of West Star Aviation. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent attention to detail who can work efficiently across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop and edit a range of digital content, including social media updates, videos, and graphics, that resonate with our audience and highlight our MRO services.
• Research: Aggressively gather relevant information and insights related to the business jet industry, ensuring all content is accurate and reflects our commitment to operational excellence.
• Social Media Management: Manage our social media platforms, ensuring timely content execution and engaging effectively with our audience to foster community and brand loyalty.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams from various business units to source information and ideas that will enhance our content strategy and overall messaging.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor content performance metrics and analyze data to drive better results, providing insights for continuous improvement in engagement and content strategy.

Interview Process:As part of our interview process, candidates will be asked to create sample content for review. This exercise will help us assess your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to deliver quality content under tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in spaneting, communications, or a related field.
• 0-3 year previous work experience in spaneting or content creation.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with digital content creation tools and social media analytics.
• Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to information gathering and problem-solving.
