About Role

Join us to lead talent strategies, support performance growth and work with leaders to develop and retain top talent across the company. In this role you will support and assist the Talent Management Department in the design, development, execution and maintenance of Performance and Talent Management policies, processes, and systems by providing adequate subject matter expertise, technical and analytical support. This role reports into a Manager People Performance.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of talent management strategies to enhance performance and customer experience
  • Work with HR and business leaders to identify talent gaps, plan for critical roles and develop long term strategies
  • Administer talent management programs including creating training materials, reports and communication
  • Serve as a key contact for HRBPS and the business regarding talent and performance management addressing queries efficiently
  • Provide support in rolling out performance and talent management initiatives through training and workshop
  • Partner with HRBP and business units to driver performance reviews, KPI setting and feedback/coaching sessions
  • Provide support in content design and development of training and communication packs for rolling out QR- wide performance and talent management initiatives
  • Establish Talent data points and utilize the existing HR data from multiple data sources to analyse and generate insights and solutions
  • Using statistical tools to identify, analyse and interpet patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction.

Qualifications

Knowledge Skills & Experience

  • High School/Vocational Qualification or Diploma with minimum 5 years of job-related experience or Bachelor Degree with minimum 4 years of experience required
  • Experience in Performance or Talent management role is required
  • Experience in HR Data Analytics is definitely required.
  • Understanding of the Compensation and benefits would be beneficial
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Clarizen)
  • Exposure to using database technologies and various analytics and reporting tools
  • Experience in data analysis and visualization
  • Experience in interacting and communicating with the Executive Leaders
  • Experience in developing on training and communication packages
