THE WORK
This position is responsible for program purchased material review, release, planning and material shortage management. Responsibilities include the management of purchase material order signals for multiple programs. The candidate will analyze material demand in MRP. The candidate will be expected to interface with Manufacturing Program Managers, Manufacturing Finance, Production Schedulers, and Engineering.

• Additional responsibilities include engineering change review and material cut-in to existing Purchase Requisitions/Purchase Orders.
• The candidate will work primarily in Microsoft Excel.
• The candidate must have the ability to summarize and present to leadership and work across RMS on cross-functional improvement efforts.
• The ideal candidate would be proficient in SAP/COS, Microsoft Excel and SharePoint and would be familiar with Enterprise Product Data Management System (EPDM).

Please Note: This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

A level 2 employee is typically junior-career and has around 1 to 3+ years of professional experience.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
