Based in Warsaw, you will assist in the planning, development and execution of all spaneting activities in one of our key growth spanets and regional clusters (Northern Europe). You will prepare and steer the spaneting plan in accordance with the spaneting objectives and revenue targets, balancing creative and commercial acumen to drive tangible value.

As part of your role, your responsibilities will be inclusive of, but not limited to the following:
- Support Marketing Manager/Marketing Specialist with the annual spaneting plan within the assigned budget to meet revenue objectives and KPI targets.
- Support in the development of target-oriented B2B and B2C campaigns based on specific customer segmentation and spanet intelligence.
- Source and share spanet research, insight and trends that will improve the quality of the campaigns delivered.
- Assist the wider Regional Marketing, Digital and Loyalty teams in the development and amplification of pan-European campaigns to achieve campaign targets.
- Support and collaborate with the Regional team and Northern Europe Regional Cluster on spanet specific and cluster wide initiatives across spaneting, digital, and spaneting operations.
- Lead all Marketing B2B and B2C plans and activations in Poland.
- Ensure ongoing measurement and optimization of all spaneting budget spend to ensure objectives are being met.
- Observe and comply with all procurement, finance and contractual policies and procedures to ensure the region is compliant with company requirements.
- Maintain brand, messaging, style and tone consistency in all spaneting artwork and messaging
- Assist to deliver events and trade activations to the required QR standard.
- Ensure post activity and campaign evaluations are produced, identifying effectiveness of activity and quantitative ROI.
- Source and develop spaneting collateral and merchandise as per QR guidelines.
- Support Regional Europe team with translations for local language communications.
- Launch press release/ newsletters focusing on major QR developments (Local/ Global).

Qualifications
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum of 3 years of job-related experience
- Excellent command of English and Polish language
- Excellent organisational skills
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in the commercial sector preferably in sales and spaneting
- Preferably have travel or airline related experience in sales, revenue growth, and spaneting
- You must have the current legal right to live and work in Poland
