About the role
As a Marketing Officer, you will assist the Marketing Manager in deploying the overall spaneting strategy and policy across QDF touchpoints. You’ll support the development and the success of the spaneting campaigns and will be involved in coordinating with the various internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful activations.
Key Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
Support the deployment of the campaigns across all touchpoints throughout the QDF network including digital, print, internal communication channels, web and social media
Work with the Marketing Manager to build spaneting plans to meet the organization’s objectives
Coordinate with the respecting media agencies to make sure deliveries match expected results
Monitor and track deliveries across the various spaneting functions to identify areas for improvement
Monitor and track performances of each spaneting activation including campaigns, promotions and retail activations
Suggest opportunities for process optimization internally as well as with third party suppliers.
Coordinate the deployment of the campaigns on the shop floor, supporting both retail and F&B functions.
Collaborate with the QDF`s Visual Marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all spaneting initiates. This would involve aligning spaneting materials, campaigns, and communications with the overall brand strategy and guidelines to maintain a cohesive and unified brand image.

Qualifications
About you
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience; or
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience
Job-specific skills & experience:
Command of English language
Knowledge of MS tools with a good control of PowerPoint
Excellent organizational skills
Attention to detail
Past experience in campaign deployment or experience in sales or spaneting is preferred
Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe is advantageous
