As the Employee Onboarding Coordinator, and a part of the HR team, you are an Ambassador of FEAM and will be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition for new employees at the Company’s location in CVG. In liaison with various departments, you will oversee all aspects of the onboarding process, from preparing welcome materials to conducting orientation sessions. Your goal will be to facilitate a positive experience for new hires, enabling them to quickly become productive members of our team, making onboarding with FEAM a best-in-class experience.

Job Duties:

Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers and HR to gather necessary documentation and information for new hires, apprentices and interns.

For this location, own the Internship process to ensure a smooth transition into and exiting the organization at the end of the internship period.

In collaboration with HR, prepare onboarding schedules and materials, including welcome packets, company policies, and any required training materials.

Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to the company culture, values, and organizational structure.

In collaboration with the management Team identify the primary Customer assignment for each new employee and the detailed training pathway.

Monitor the progress of new hires and provide support as needed to ensure their understanding of job responsibilities and company processes.

Maintain accurate reporting of new Employee training progress and target start date into the operation.

Introduce new Employees to their reporting managers and ensure a smooth transition into the operation.

Implement enhancements to onboarding procedures to improve the overall experience for new employees.

Conduct follow-up meetings with new hires to address any concerns.

Coordinate with IT to ensure new hires have necessary equipment and access.

 Provide feedback to management on the effectiveness of onboarding programs.

 Assist with the integration of new hires into the company culture.

 Handle any issues or concerns that arise during the onboarding process.

 Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all new employees.

 Stay updated on best practices and trends in onboarding.

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in HR, Talent Management or employee relations.

REQUIREMENTS:

Customer Service oriented

Current Valid Driver’s License

Able to Pass Airport Security Background Checks. 

Must be an effective communicator, capable of effective report writing and proficient with business correspondence.

Must be proficient with MS Office products (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelors degree

Experience in Human Resources or Talent Management

Understanding of HR practices and procedures

Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

High level of confidentiality and professionalism

Ability to maintain positive relationships 

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.

 Proactive and self-motivated.

 Strong time management skills.

 Ability to provide constructive feedback.

 Experience with training and development programs.
