Operations Coordinator

Job Description:

Pay Range: $20-26 ph (W2)
Duration: 6 mos

Work closely with leadership to support coordination of multiple operations needs including but not limited to tool room and supply room organization and inventory support.

Managing priorities and resolving conflicts for the requests from multiple operations leads, operators, visitors, and other site teams
Create and maintain accurate records of tools, supplies, access lists and material requests
Organize current tool room and supply room to ensure stock in support of daily operations tasks
Order and track any tools and supplies need to maintain available inventory
Complete forms for tracking tools and supplies and other records.

• Required Skill Sets: Proficiency using office software such as Microsoft Office

o Experience with strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills to be able to work with all operations team members
o Ability to learn and adapt quickly o Excellent prioritization, organizational, and multitasking skills
o Focused on Safety and Team collaboration Desired Skill Sets: Knowledge with SAP, Experience as an operator in a factory or depot environment.
