The Operations Performance Data Analyst, reporting to the Operations Data & Insights Manager within the Operations Strategy & Planning team, is responsible for supporting the development and delivery of insights through the creation, implementation, and improvement of analysis, visualisation, and local data products, particularly focused on network performance. The role involves building and maintaining data products that provide actionable insights to improve decision-making and reduce processing time. Key responsibilities include delivering on-time performance and network disruption reports, conducting root cause analysis for continuous improvement, and identifying trends in large datasets to guide business decisions.
