- Designing and improving schedule optimization solutions in network planning, scheduling, and operations
- Consulting customers on requirements and business use-cases
- Performing case studies and proof-of-concepts with other teams and customers

Requirements
You have a Masters Degree or Ph.D. in a relevant quantitative field, strong expertise in modeling, optimization, and algorithms and on top of that profound programming skills? Then you already meet important requirements for this position:
- Master’s Degree or Ph.D. in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a comparable quantitative field
- Profound expertise in modeling, optimization, and algorithms (including combinatorial optimization, linear programming, and constraint programming)
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing optimization tools
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently with equal proficiency
- Exemplary programming skills (C++, Python, GIT)
- Experience in utilizing optimization solvers such as CPLEX, Gurobi, COIN-OR
- Working knowledge of Data Science/ Machine Learning concepts and tools
- Outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
