Key Responsibilities:

• Manage application instance configurations and enterprise applications.


• Maintain application metadata, including provisioning configurations, domains, and application components.


• Oversee setup metadata such as offerings, options, features, setup tasks, and task lists.


• Utilize functional user overview and manage assigned tasks and task lists.


• Administer sandbox /Redwood environments and configure help system settings.


• Define endpoint and security policy information.


• Grant search framework manager permissions.


• Support and optimize Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) hosted components.


• Provide escalated technical support for sophisticated technical issues, including problem management cases and management status reporting.


• Manage the upgrade and updates scheduled or ad-hoc by Oracle on testing and production environments.
