Organization Performance Analyst will drive the adoption and implementation of IT enterprise-wide organization performance management strategy with a focus on driving accountability and making IT a data-driven organization. You will collaborate with various stakeholders and teams to have measurable KPIs / OKRs and track the overall performance and productivity of Group IT.
In this role, you will:
- Execute and support the IT performance management strategy built on the core principles of being a data-driven organization, improving productivity, and driving accountability within a very complex landscape of varying capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with the management teams across IT to translate strategy into KPIs/ OKRs and agree on how the KPIs / OKRs will be measured and associated source systems.
- Work with and challenge the IT management team to ensure IT business goals are set up at a capability level and aligned with the Group IT department strategy.
- Provide analysis and key insights into ITs organization performance and components at an agreed cadence to enable well-informed business decisions and strategies.
- Ensure the balanced scorecard is maintained, provide and take inputs from various teams, and generate new automation ideas.
- Work with the Enterprise Data & Analytics team and various IT teams to ensure that the automation of the scorecard is tracked as per the agreed roadmap.
- Translate inputs from balanced scorecard for IT Performance reporting as per the agreed cadence.
- Plan, Schedule, orchestrate, and coordinate the main governance forum for IT Leadership, IT Management, IT Business Partners to deliver the objectives of the forum.
- Collaborate with the Organisation Performance Manager and Manager IT Performance & Insights to design and implement the workplace analytics strategy for IT on the core principles of increasing productivity and encompassing well-being as a part of our employee value proposition.
- Work with capability heads providing actionable insights and call to action with a view to increasing team productivity across IT.
