Jet2.com is landing in Morocco this October and we are looking for Passenger Service Agents to join our Ground Operations team in Agadir and create memories for our all-important customers!

What will you do as a Passenger Service Agent?
- Be present at the arrivals hall whilst our customers’ baggage is being delivered.
- Be responsible for welcoming our customers as they arrive at the airport for their return journey home.
- You will provide supervisory support to our Third-party handler and make sure they provide a warm and friendly check in service issuing boarding passes and following safety and security procedures.
- You will also assist at the boarding gates working with our Jet2.com colleagues and Third-party handler to make sure our flight departs on time.
- Provide fantastic customer service to our customers.
Previous experience in the airline industry is required for this position - as well as excellent communication skills, being fluent in both English and Moroccan Arabic is required.
