What you’ll need to do the role:
In this role, you'll need strong expertise in payroll legislation, processes, and policies, applied seamlessly across the easyJet network. Serving as the confident and credible face of Payroll, you'll interact with the business, HR stakeholders, and team members. Your experience in a high-volume, complex payroll environment is essential, paired with a keen numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail. Familiarity with the HR Business Partnering Model is required, along with excellent IT skills (preferably in Workday, Office, SharePoint, Right Now). Traveling throughout the easyJet network is a must, and your ability to engage professionally and empathetically with employees is crucial. Effective collaboration and relationship-building across all parts of the easyJet network are key, and proficiency in both local and English languages is essential for success in this role If you have experience in these areas, we want to hear from you!

Location & Hours of Work
This full-time role will be based in Spain,We support hybrid working and we spend three days per week in the office.
