Description:Support in-house weekly payroll processes including but not limited to; final pay processing, calculate FLSA & Non-FLSA retro payments, prepare tax balance adjustments & W2cs, Identify and calculate overpayments, leave offsets and adjust leave accruals and benefit deductions, set up deductions and arrears. Respond to payroll inquiries from employees, internal business units, and 3rd party vendors. Maintain backup support for audit & Sox compliance. Additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Work schedule will begin as four 10-hours days M-T but alternative work schedule options may be available after initial training period.

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years payroll processing experience
Desired Skills:
People Soft or LM Peoplesoft experience
Streamlining or process improvement mindset
Disability and Family/Parental Leave Plan experience
Payroll Overpayment experience
Accounting knowledge
Problem solving abilities

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
