What youll be doing

Are you passionate about using data to inform decision making? We are seeking a dedicated Insights Manager to cultivate expectational data storytelling across our People function. 

In this role, you will collaborate closely with HR and business leaders, guiding them in shaping questions and hypotheses for pivotal analytics projects. Your expertise in identifying and interpreting data trends will play a pivotal role in substantiating or challenging hypotheses, and your talent for translating data into compelling narratives will drive impactful insights.

As a master communicator, youll deliver these insights in a captivating manner, enabling business and HR teams to confidently recommend data-led actions. Your coaching prowess will extend to HR peers, facilitating best practices in using people data for informed decision-making and bridging the gap between existing capabilities and aspirational objectives. Thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments, you skilfully harmonise business requirements and analytical execution, all while demonstrating a capacity for independent work and collaboration.

As a seasoned team player, your well-honed coaching and mentoring skills will be essential in guiding junior colleagues and peers. Organised and adaptable, you seamlessly align your work with team plans and priorities, propelling our data journey forward. Location and Hours of Work

 

This full time role will be based in Hanger 89 Luton Airport, and will be 40 hours per week.
