We are currently seeking a People Experience Specialist within the People Experience team, this will be a temporary position offering a 12 month contract with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role.
The People Experience Specialist will build a collaborative and supportive team environment, while bringing the Emirates Group culture to life from Hire to Retire. This role is responsible for bringing an equitable employee experience and supporting the delivery of the Engagement strategy and associated activities. In collaboration with the People team, you will set expectations and priorities for the overall employee experience.
In this role you will:
- Strategize, plan and execute an enhanced People Experience framework that complements the overall employer brand.
- Analyse the key strengths of individuals and identify specific areas where improvements can be made within the employee journey. Offer well-informed recommendations aimed at enhancing and optimizing the overall experience for employees within the organization.
- Evaluate data to gain insights into employee trends, sentiments, and areas for improvement within the realm of people experience. Transform these insights into practical and actionable strategies.
- Drive initiatives that creates a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace. Develop strategies to promote diversity and inclusion, address bias and create an environment that celebrates and respects differences among employees.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and collaborate with various teams across the organization to execute employee engagement projects and initiatives.
- Track and report on key metrics of project progression and ensure stakeholders are communicated with and changes are successfully implemented.
- Work in partnership with other areas of HR to refine the employee experience and promote feedback mechanisms to influence continuous improvement.
