Personal Data Protection Specialist (F/M)

Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Personal Data Protection Specialist to join our Legal & Compliance department based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of an international team composed by privacy specialists supporting Airbus group-wide privacy compliance program implementation. As part of the Privacy team  you will be involved in supporting Airbus business organizations in their compliance with privacy requirements in their day-to-day operations  aiming at ensuring the highest level of ethics and compliance for the group.

Your challenges:

• Advise and support relevant business functions and Airbus Affiliates on privacy/personal data protection requirements implementation in their daily operation activities (including privacy impact assessments (DPIAs) performance, privacy by design, Transfer Impact assessment);

• Support Personal data mapping and record into Airbus group-wide register with the support of relevant privacy focal points appointed in relevant business function ;

• Design, update and/or set up any internal privacy methodologies, processes documentation as required for accountability purpose;

• Monitor compliance with privacy procedures and policies within Airbus and its Affiliates and perform relevant privacy audits;

• Support negotiation on privacy contractual terms (both with customers and/or suppliers);

• Ensure answering any data subjects requests within legal timeframes in coordination with the relevant business function ;

• Support any data breach and legal privacy requirements (from notification assessment to notification to the authority and data subjects when required);

• Prepare and deliver privacy awareness sessions to relevant stakeholders and increase privacy culture within the organization;

• Continuous legal watch in privacy regulations around the world and assess their impact within Airbus environment and adapt procedures as necessary.

Your boarding pass:

• Min years 3 - 5 years of professional experience 

• Bac &43;5 level 

• Technical expertise: Legal skills in Digital/Privacy law, New technologies and Business law , IT skills (knowledge of information systems (communication protocol, database, cloud, cookies, etc.), knowledge of IT security, Know how to carry out a privacy impact analysis, write privacy information notices, manage a data breach, etc., knowledge of project management techniques (expression of needs, planning, specifications, etc.)

• Interpersonal and Communication skills: team spirit, collaboration, writing ability, listening and communication skills, negotiation and influence skills, synthesis and analysis skills, force for proposal and initiative, adaptability, autonomy, sectoral and innovation/digital curiosity, pedagogy approach, rigor, sense of deadlines and results

• Languages : English (mandatory) and French and/or other language appreciated

Range of salary betw. 50 to 60K.
