Our Payload Ground Systems Division (PGSD) under the Space Sector Communications team is seeking a Reproduction Technician Level 2 or Level 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals.  This position is in Azusa, CA.

Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Preparing budget input, forecasting schedules, vendor requisitions, maintenance contract renewals and other related department documentation.
  • Ordering paper and other reproduction supplies, as needed.
  • Overseeing printing projects and schedules and coordinating with internal customers to establish requirements and providing for schedule maintenance throughout a printing project.
  • Responsible for department guidelines and publication due dates.
  • Responsible for the operation and maintenance of reproduction equipment.
  • Responsible for reproducing, binding, and finishing a variety of marketing and engineering projects on tight deadlines.
  • Using PC-based computer equipment with knowledge of Microsoft, Adobe and Fiery software to perform prepress and post-printing inspection of documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Using Microsoft Word templates for data input into templates for office nameplates, business cards, and table tents.
  • Using production copiers, HP plotters, paper drills, trimmers, folders, scanners, stitchers, and GBC equipment to finish printed jobs. Provides mounting and trimming of large-format posters.
  • Scanning, digitizing, data entry and cataloging.

This position can be filled at either a level 2 or level 3 as outlined below.

Basic Qualifications – Level 2:

  • High School degree with 2+ years of experience in a reproduction technician capacity.
  • Knowledge of various reproduction equipment in an office environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe and Fiery software.
  • Possess a high level of integrity when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Possess a strong attention to detail.
  • Customer service experience.
  • US Citizenship.

  • High School degree with 4+ years of experience in a reproduction technician capacity.
  • Knowledge of various reproduction equipment in an office environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe and Fiery software.

  • Possess a strong attention to detail.
  • Customer service experience.
  • US Citizenship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Aerospace and Defense experience.

Salary Range: $41,000 - $68,300
Salary Range 2: $48,600 - $81,000
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidates experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
