Job Summary
Leonardo DRS Land Systems is seeking a full time Program Analyst II for our Bridgeton, MO facility. This position will develop plans, schedules, and budgets to meet contractual requirements for a large program or several portions of a more complex program. They will be supporting engineering development and sustainment activities which include product upgrades and repairs both CONUS and OCONUS.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop plans, schedules and budgets to meet contractual requirements for a large program or several portions of a more complex program
- Status, Track, and Manage infield repairs and retrofit actions
- Support the program manager through data analytics to better track key program metrics
- Establish complex program plans and conduct in-depth research to define program requirements
- Interface with all levels of the customer, vendors and internal departments to coordinate deliverables, budgets and schedules
- Prepare briefing material to support Program meetings and presentations
- Develop new methods for tracking and reporting program status statistics
- Make recommendations to management on changes as appropriate Assists with proposals efforts
- Direct, lead, and organize small project teams in support of the program to achieve key metrics
- Develop Supplier Statements of Work for subcontractors
- Track and ensure on time delivery of key contractual document deliverables to the customer
- May provide work leadership for lower level employees
- Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Business or related field
- 5+ years directly related experience or equivalent combination of education/training and experience
U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.
